Demetrius Andrews is a seasoned real estate investor, entrepreneur, and motivational speaker with over a decade of experience in property acquisition, sales, and education. As the Co-Founder and CEO of The Best Way Home, she is passionate about mentoring future homeowners and real estate professionals, especially women and minorities.
A proud graduate of Liberty University, Demetrius holds a degree in Psychology and a minor in Christian Counseling. Her mission is to break cycles of economic disenfranchisement by equipping others with the tools they need to build wealth through ownership.

Joshua McClendon is a dynamic entrepreneur, licensed real estate broker, and motivational speaker. With a background in psychology from Liberty University and years of experience as a loan originator, property investor, and business coach, Joshua brings a multi-faceted approach to financial literacy and homeownership education.
In addition to his real estate achievements, Joshua is a co-host of a popular radio show and founder of a men’s grooming line. His personal journey of overcoming financial barriers fuels his passion to educate others and create pathways to sustainable wealth for marginalized communities.
